Since our orders are currently made to order, we cannot receive returns simply for shirts not fitting correctly. You can see how our shirts fit here: Sizing Chart.

if there is a DEFECT OR MisTAKE

We take great pride in offering high-quality products. If you receive an item that has a defect or mistake, please let us know within three (3) days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange your item.

To request an exchange, simply email us at support@stately.store. Please be sure to include the following information:  Order #, item, and reason for the exchange in your email.

Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible exchange has been processed, we will notify you via email.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Stately Shirt Co. does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Stately Shirt Co.
